Draft — needs a lawyer’s review These pages are a draft. A lawyer hasn’t reviewed them yet, and the facts marked “to fill” are still missing: both will be settled before the site opens to everyone. On 15 October 2026 the names of things changed — a table for a family, Cook for the role Member, account holder for member, Everyone for Public, guest link for viewer link, follow for subscribe, share for approve, thank-you for tip — without changing any rule; the changed clauses are listed for our lawyer’s review.
OnlyGravy is a place where families keep their recipes: the handwritten cards, the dishes cooked from them, and the people they came from. This page says who runs it, how to reach us, and where to find the rest of the rules.
Who runs OnlyGravy
- Operator: Michael Gabriel Papanikolaou, trading as Made By Michael
- Address: Sydney NSW, Australia
- Australian Business Number: ABN 56 636 497 321
- GST: Not registered for GST
- Email: hello@onlygravy.com
When these pages say "we" or "us", they mean the operator.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): its code, its database and its photos. The database and the photos are stored in the European Union. Pages travel through Cloudflare's network from the data centre nearest you, which may be outside the EU. The privacy notice lists every company that handles data for us.
Contact point for authorities
This is our single point of contact under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), for the authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services — including orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information.
- Email: hello@onlygravy.com
- Languages: Greek and English
Contact point for account holders and everyone else
This is our single point of contact under Article 12 of the Digital Services Act, for account holders, visitors and anyone else who needs to reach us.
- Email: hello@onlygravy.com
- Languages: Greek and English
- A person reads and answers every message; it isn't left to an automated tool.
For questions about your personal data, write to hello@onlygravy.com. To report something you've seen on the site, its Report link (below) is quicker than email.
Our representative in the EU
OnlyGravy is run from Australia. Because people in the European Union use it, EU law asks a service like ours to name a legal representative in the EU that authorities and people there can contact.
- EU legal representative: Not applicable: OnlyGravy is run from Australia (an EU legal representative is to be appointed)
Until one is named, write to hello@onlygravy.com: it reaches the operator directly.
Draft: the representative, and which EU registrations apply, are for our lawyer to confirm.
Reporting content
Every recipe, photo, "I cooked this" post, tip, book and profile has a Report link, which opens the report form for it. You don't need an account to report something you can see on a page shared with everyone.
You can report content you believe is illegal, a copyright problem, a privacy problem ("this is me or my child"), or something that breaks our community guidelines. You'll get a receipt by email, a person will look at it, and you'll hear what we decided. How moderation works explains the rest.
If a life or someone's safety is in danger, call 112 first.
